Polishing Service
For jewelry that has lost its shine or shows surface abrasions, this service will restore its original brilliance and remove superficial scratches. It includes diagnosis, polishing, cleaning, technical inspection, and aesthetic review of your piece.
Note: Polishing service is free for EWA jewelry pieces. Additional cost applies to other products.
Rhodium Finishing
White gold and platinum can be rhodium-plated to enhance the whiteness and brilliance of the piece. Before polishing, any remaining rhodium layer is removed. After polishing, the piece is immersed in a rhodium bath. Please note that this service is available exclusively for selected white gold creations with diamonds or other pieces that were originally rhodium-plated.
Engraving Service
Personalize your jewelry with a unique engraving. Whether it’s a name, date, or special message, this service adds a meaningful touch to your piece. Available for most rings, bracelets, and pendants. Please consult our team to confirm availability and font options.
EWA Joyeia’s adjustment service allows you to resize your ring, bracelet, or necklace, or replace the clasp of your earrings without altering the original shape or design of the piece.
This service includes:
Diagnosis: Examination and identification of the necessary adjustment. Our jeweler will contact you and provide a detailed explanation of the required work.
Resizing: The most suitable method will be used to adjust the size of your piece according to its shape.
Polishing: EWA Jewelry follows a specific process to ensure a flawless mirror-like finish.
Cleaning: If the piece allows, it will be cleaned in an ultrasonic tank.
Re-sizing
Your ring size can be reduced or increased based on a technical assessment, always preserving the original style.
If the ring needs to be resized by more than two sizes, our reproduction service may be required. You can find more information about reproductions below.
Chain re-sizing
The adjustment includes shortening or lengthening the chain by up to 2 centimeters.
Note: The first adjustment is free of charge for EWA Jewelry pieces. Any additional adjustments will incur an extra cost.
For other products, this service is offered at an additional cost.
Bracelet re-sizing
The adjustment includes shortening or lengthening the bracelet by up to 2 centimeters.
Note: The first adjustment is free of charge for EWA Jewelry pieces. Any additional adjustments will incur an extra cost.
For other products, this service is available at an additional cost.
Restoration or reproduction is required when a piece is severely damaged and cannot be repaired.
A restoration assessment will be carried out to determine whether the piece can be restored. If restoration is not possible, the piece may be reproduced.
Stone Setting Service
On rare occasions, some pieces may lose set stones due to falls or impacts. This service includes a thorough diagnosis and repair of the piece, resetting the lost diamonds or gemstones.
Note: For EWA Jewelry products, the stone setting service includes a discount.
For other products, an additional cost applies.
Pairing
If your creation consists of two pieces and one has been lost, our pairing service will reproduce the missing piece.
Reproduce
If your piece is completely damaged and cannot be repaired or adjusted, its reproduction will be considered.
If the piece is from EWA Jewelry, the reproduction cost will include an additional discount.

This guarantee includes special discounts on all maintenance, adjustment, and repair services (some of which may be free, subject to evaluation).
