
JEWELRY WARRANTY
Your jewelry creation deserves our utmost care. By entrusting it to EWA Jewelry, you ensure its brilliance and lasting durability.
The following warranty policy applies to all products offered, repaired, and/or reproduced by EWA Jewelry.
Initially, our lifetime warranty covers the materials and precious gemstones used in the manufacturing process. EWA Jewelry always verifies and certifies—when requested—the quality of the gold and gemstones used, including through optional certification.
On the other hand, for purchase products, EWA’s warranty includes maintenance, Repair & Adjustment
All interventions are performed in accordance with the highest technical standards and are guaranteed for twenty-four (24) months from the purchase date indicated on your invoice. This covers any defect identified by our technical team during an authorized service.
The first maintenance, repair, or adjustment is offered free of charge by EWA Jewelry.
Any additional services requested within the 24-month warranty period will receive an exclusive discount.
The warranty does not cover adjustments requested after the 24-month period.
You may also opt to purchase an extended warranty plan, which includes annual maintenance, repair, and diagnostic services for your jewelry. This plan is not included with your purchase and must be requested separately by contacting EWA Jewelry.
Limitations
Your warranty with EWA Jewelry is not a service contract and does not cover the following:
Defects or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Damage caused by improper use (e.g., impacts, dents, crushing of the setting, glass, bracelet, or strap), unauthorized alterations, disassembly, modifications, or repairs.
Any service, work, or repairs carried out by third parties other than EWA Jewelry’s authorized workshop.
Use of components or accessories not recommended by EWA.

RETURN POLICY
The following return policy applies to all products purchased either online or in person at our workshop.
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry piece, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided specific conditions are met.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for engraved, embossed, modified, or custom-made creations.
Bracelets must be returned with the same number of links as delivered in the original package.
The returned or exchanged item must belong to a current collection; discontinued pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
The jewelry piece must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice. If you are not located in Bogotá, shipping costs are additional and not covered by EWA Jewelry.
Once received, your return or exchange may take five to seven business days* to confirm it is in perfect, unused condition through our quality control process. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank.
